Returns & Exchanges

Lavis Nail System will accept returns or exchanges of damaged, incorrect or defective goods. We will credit you for returns for the price paid in the original form of payment, store credit, or as an exchange

If you received damaged goods, please do the following steps:

  • Take pictures of all the damaged items
  • Email pictures to us at
  • Include your order number and the color codes and their quantities 

    Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email. We will make every effort to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

    We determine the arrival date based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Upon our inspection of the returned goods, if they are found to be defective, not the products you ordered, or damaged in transit, you will receive a store credit, a replacement, or a refund. If you choose replacement, we will pay for any associated shipping fees, including the return and the resend shipping fees.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that true colors may vary from the color display online. Despite our best efforts to provide a universal color display, colors may not be exact


    If you place an order containing backordered items, they will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Once in stock, they will be shipped to you via our regular ground carrier (UPS or USPS). Please allow up to 10 business days before backordered items become available.

    • If the backorders are prepaid and are not available after 10 business days, we will process a refund of the back-ordered items

    Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are some occasions where we experience an inventory error, please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

    Please remove all personal data, such as computer or wireless phone data, from all returned goods. LDS Nails is not responsible for any personal data left on or in returned package. Call us at 1.800.450.2818 if you have additional questions or concerns.
