Free shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping, multiple shipping destinations, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Processing & Transit Time

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time and an additional 3-5 business days for transit time before your order arrives. During our busy seasons (i.e. holidays), please allow up to 4 business days of processing time. We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible but cannot guarantee orders will go out the same day.

United Stated Only

  • We only ship within the continental United States
  • For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please contact us for the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are based on the size and weight of your shipment
  • Residential deliveries made by FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not require a signature for delivery. You are assumed responsibility for all shipments. Signature required service is available at an additional charge

Damaged Shipment

Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, goods may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, you may,

  • Accept delivery and contact our customer service, or
  • Refuse to accept the damaged package

Accepting Delivery

If you choose to accept delivery of damaged goods in exchange for a settlement, please do the following,

  • Note any visible damages on the delivery receipt. Be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the shipping carrier
  • Take delivery of the products and sign the delivery receipt and fill in the "damaged" box. Add notes to the exception field on products that are damaged and the type of damage
  • Take pictures of the package. It is best to take several pictures from different angles
  • Email us at info@ldsnails.com to provide your information, and we will send you additional instructions via email. We will work on your behalf with the shipping carrier. Your claim will be settled within 30 business days. You may choose a refund or a replacement. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment or check. Replacement parts may take up to 12 weeks to ship from the manufacturer.

Refusing Damaged Goods

If you choose to refuse the delivery, please do the following:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt in the presence of the driver. Be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the shipping carrier
  • If not all goods are damaged, take delivery of the undamaged goods, and sign the delivery receipt as damaged.
  • Refuse delivery of the damaged goods you believe that will not function as they are intended to
  • Take pictures of the package. It is best to take several pictures from different angles
  • Email us at info@ldsnails.com regarding the damaged goods, and we will contact the shipping carrier to verify that the damaged product is being returned to us. Once we have received the returned goods, we will send a replacement product to you
