Ver 1 vs current Poly Gel lines

LAVIS Poly Gel Ver 1 is the original sticky-formula poly gel — designed for extensions and overlay sculpting with mold form (dual form) or nail form. The newer LAVIS Poly Gel Non-Sticky line provides a smoother spread without slip-solution wetting. Ver 1 remains preferred by techs who like the tackiness for placement control.

Application notes

Use slip solution (or 70%+ alcohol) on brush and finger to prevent sticking. Apply to nail form or dual form, sculpt and shape, cure 60–90s under LED. Build apex in 2–3 layers, file/buff after cure, finish with top coat. Compatible with LAVIS Builder Gel for hybrid extensions.
